Suspension Rebuild/Upgrade 200 1993

I did a suspension upgrade and replaced the shocks, struts, front and rear bushings, center driveshaft bearing, installed a 23mm sway bar, new torque rods. I still have a vibration when slowing down from around 40mph down to 10mph. The universal joints and alignment and new tires are coming this month. Anything else I should look at?
Here is a link to some pictures of a bit of what was done --http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=11617&id=100000030554719&l=4d35a2c456.
Thanks for all the help getting me this far.
