Steering gearbox leak - 1981 Camgear rack 200

81 242 Camgear rack.

I noticed today that my car is losing power steering fluid. The fluid appears to be leaking from the pinion shaft seal at the top of the steering gearbox, immediately below the steering shaft universal joint. How difficult is the fix for this?
