Help me set the timing on my LH2.4 b230ft (Block mount dizzy car) 200 1989

Hey guys i have been having a hard time getting my car to run right since the swap was done..Anyway i have herd so many different settings to try and at best i could get the engine to run on 3 cylinders then it will come alive past 3500rpm.Now i realize i do NOT have the timing covers as i cannot stand them but that seems to have bitten me in the ass this time around..

Now im asking you fellas here to help me out here.I have gone thru all the websites and so forth but none of them mention how to set the base timing on a block mount lh2.4 motor.

I have a timing gun if that matters.

If you could PLEASE tell me EXACTLY to what the dots need to lined up according to the face of a clock...That would be great.I really do not wanna give up because of this but it's taken me almost a week to get this thing timed anywhere near being correct...

I just want someone to tell me where the dots need to be and thats all.

Thanks!!
