Short tracing 200

Hello all,
I have a 91 245 with 197K. The problem I am having is the lowest fuse in the fuse holder keeps blowing. This fuse protects the circuits for the dash illumination lights and the right rear taillights. I have a multimeter and wanted some clarification as to what procedure I should use to locate the short in these circuits. Any input is appreciated. The funny thing is this started right before I began my automotive electrical class.
