V90 Fuel economy....... S90-V90 1998

I have recently started a new job with an eighty-mile round-trip commute. The last tank of highway miles come to 19.987 MPG. What sort of issues do I need to address in order to try to get better economy from this car? Has 180,000 miles, Mobile 1 5W30, fresh air filter and spark plugs, etc. Are there any DIY modes that can improve mileage?
