93 regina 945 bogs with throttle, and stalls at idle 900 1993

My 93 945 with the rex/regina fuel/spark system doesn't run properly.

when started, it will idle ok for a while, eventually, it will start to stumble a bit, and then it will just die.
If you try to give it throttle, it will bog, unless you feather the throttle, then you can get some revs out of it.

When driving, it chugs on throttle, runs poorly, and sometimes stalls under decel.

Either way, it seems to run fine until it warms up a little, or you try to give it gas.

So far I've figured out it's not a Fuel Pump, FPR, Clogged catalytic converter or MAP sensor...

Any Ideas folks?

Why are you doing that to a Volvo? Because I can.
