Guidance on S90 Replacement Remote (Keyless Entry) S90-V90 1998

Once again I throw myself on the accumulated knowledge of the community. I lost one of two keyless remote key fobs and am looking around for a replacement. I have a 1998 S90. The one I have left is a very simple one, no FCCID to be seen anywhere on the unit. It only has two buttons, LOCK PANIC and UNLOCK. There is a tab that extends from the middle of the unit straight down to a ring, on which the keys are put. My question is, if I get an exact duplicate to what I have, will that be programmable via the sequence pointed out in the Owner's Manual, that I have used before to successful results, that involves the ignition turned on and off five times, etc? Obviously I want to avoid buying the wrong thing. Anyone out there know the answer? Thanks in advance. Doug
