Rear door window slide problem 900 1997

Hi there,

I own a 940 2.0 Turbo SW petrol (1997) and recently the rear door window (driver side) when sliding up doesn't stay parallel as it should but, the left side (the one close to the fixed glass if you look at it sitting in the rear seat) goes out of its guide channel because the right side tends to be late in lifting up.

I removed the door interior in order to investigate a possible reason but I didn't notice anything strange.
I do not think the guide channels are the problem because I changed them already two years ago. The motor works perfectly and the window lift mechanism seems to work fine.

I am stuck at the moment, is there anything that needs to be fine tuned to correct the sliding so that the glass slides up balanced on both sides?

Thank you for your precious help.

Regards
Alex
