'86 to '89 740/760 spindle/brake upgrade? 700 1986

I have an 1986 760 Turbo. I need both front spindles. I found an '89 740 GLE. It has both the front spindles. Can I swap the spindles with no problems? The JY car has no calipers, just the spindles and rotors and caliper brackets. My car has 10" rotors and dual piston/dual line calipers and 15" alloy wheels. Also what would I need to get or do to make this work? Thank you in advance.
