I'm confused... 900 1993

I followed a black wire from the power stage to that grounding point. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I had already cleaned the grounds at the fuel rail. Regardeless of your intent, the message that came through was that the coil was not grounded strictly to the body at its mounting point....of course I did clean up the contact points of power stage to coil (had done that before with no change) and the distributor shaft (done that before, but maybe not as thoroughly). Did I just break the first law of process control - changing more than one parameter at a time? Oh well. Actually what I learned from this whole process is 1st find and check ALL of your grounds and don't assume all issues are necessarily related. I still have a slight lean condition on cold acceleration probably caused by a very small vacuum leak, but the warm hesitation is completely gone.
