740 Regina codes and oddness? LONG post 700

Hi All
Today the car exhibited both of its types of "episodes". 1st it was hard to start, crank w/no firing. I have kinda learned to deal with these types of episodes by using shorter cranks w/less time between. This works because the car seems to want to fire only as I let the key back to position 2, and then it almost seems to "diesel" itself into a rough start followed by a lengthy warm up period where if you try to take off to fast it bogs down and maybe even dies. Thereafter once on highway it seems to love its 20 mile 80mph jaunt. And in general idles great(cleaned iac and t/b very well). But then "episode" type 2 ocurs and when stopped at a light(or sitting in car in Park) the idle suddenly starts dropping and car feels like is missing BIG TiME. You can sort of feather the throttle and get it back to 1500+ where it regains stability. Might not occur again for days or could happen next light. Just pulled codes 2-3-3 and 3-2-1. 2-3-3 made me almost sigh relief as I thought ok the IAC looks good but must be bad. BUT the 3-2-1 threw me as replaced the starter a couple weeks ago and the infamous Regina "cold start injector" TSB had NOT been applied(no extra lead from starter to CSI....I had heard that the 3-2-1 was to be displayed permanently to reflect the re-wiring...which has not occurred. Any thoughts?
Matt
