Possible Powering Steering Damage S90-V90

Hello,

I have a 1998 S90. Went to the mountains yesterday and hit a rock on the road. On the way home which was 6 hours later, I noticed that my powering steering did not work anymore. I looked underneath my car and noticed a black hose dangling. It was definitely severed. It could be seen clearly if I look underneath the car from the front. Could that be the hose where all the power steering fluid leaked? Or am I looking at something else totally different?

Is fixing power steering easy?
