You may be in to this for some time. I've had better luck taking the time to pull the battery box and fan shroud when I've decided to get in there. I'm also a proponent of using poly replacement accessory bushings (IPD sourced) over the aftermarket rubber ones. Good luck, and be sure to change out your belt(s) when you put this all back together.
