91' 240 brake light right side 200 1991

Hi All,
I wondering if the cause of my issue is the flexable ciruit board on the right side. I have center brake and left side brake and running lights and 12 volts to the flex circuit board on the right with my tester. I do not have right side running light either. I am testing with a volt meter between the flex board and ground screw. The socket and bulb is fine, it works in the left side when I swap them. I am guessing the area where the socket twists in on the right side is not making connection with the flex board but it seems to be it should light if its partially twisted in, not over the worn spot but it doesn't. I do have a dash lamp warning light lit. Is the flex circuit board the likely cause?

Thanks,
Bill
