strange engine problem SOLVED ! 200 1989

the strange running/rev problem turned out to be caused by a faulty TPS switch.
The contact switch for the idle circuit was defective (always closed)(soaked in oil also)
The CPU thinks the car is still in idle mode and retards the spark 10deg.
A used one from an '88 (slightly different part number) works fine

thanks for all the guesses
