best all around tires 240 wagon 200 1991

Okay so I am done fixing up my 1991 240 wagon. Just in time, last Wed I was smashed in rear of my 1998 V70 is totaled by insurance. So now this will be my daily driver. With that being said I went ahead and found a used pair of IPD sway bars on Craigslist only $200 and barely used. Anyway now to tires for this ride.
I'm in sales for a living. I drive about 25K per year, mostly in city and stop and start my car about 15 times per day. Anyway I need new tires, the Virgo Wheels that I bought came with tires on them, but they were put on in 2001 and are looking like they are almonst gone. What do you guys think is the best tire for the buck. I want quality,don't mind paying for it, but why spend more when I can maybe get just as good at lower cost. I would like quite ride, smooth ride, and good wear for my daily city, stop and go work. Any suggestions would be great!!
