ABS Light and symptoms 200 1991

On an hour trip home, my ABS light came on, and my speedo quickly started jumping promptly before failing entirely. Added on, I checked my brake fluid which was fine, and codes to which a 3-1-1 popped up.

Any ideas of what to look at first or if anyone has had this happen before?

Before I tell my dad there's a problem, I'd like to at least try and figure this out a bit.
