emergency brake cable 1800 1973

I have need of a couple of things, one pertinent, one nice. Pertinent is the emergency brake cable that connects the two rear brake drums, and which runs through a pulley at the end of the cable that runs to the emer lever inside the passenger compartment. I was able to get a part number from Autobahn in Fort Worth, that being 661589.

Secondly, I'd like to find the pieces of insulation that glue/attach to the inside of the hood, rather than manufacturing something of my own.

Anyone?
