door locks 900 1991

I have a 1991 940 turbo, I change the passenger mirror, when I take out the door cover I notice a cable going to the lock unit, is this an actuator ?, in drivers side there is no switch for locking, my car have power locks? I need help in this matter, appreciated in advance. Also my sunroof do not open, the motor is ok, I take it out and works fine, probably is blocked by do not used, please how I could repair it? sorry for my english!!
