Some person is selling a 90s 240 for really cheap, but... 200

it dies after 10 minutes and then you have to wait 5 minutes to start it up again. He's changed the cap/rotor, plugs, and wires but to no avail. He's selling it for $500obo. I'm entertaining the idea of buying it if the problem is simple to fix. Could it be a bad AMM or fuel pump? I've not looked at the car yet but he says it has a straight body.

Is this a worthy investment? I could buy it, fix it for my own use or flip it later on.
