S90 Aftermarket Stereo Replacement for Factory S90-V90 1997

I have a 1997 S90 with the premium sound option. That's a double din head unit and eight speakers (two on the dash, two in the front and rear door, and two on the package shelf). There is no CD changer.

I've choosen the a Pioneer head unit and believe that the install is to just plug in the aftermarket wiring harnes to the existing plugs, and hook it up to the new head unit. Correct?

Also, can anyone tell me how to access the speakers in the doors and the dash to replace them? I may have to replace all the speakers if just the head unit does not give me enough performance.
