rear turn signal on 240 sedan 200 1985

I lost the backup lights and right rear signal some time back. I replaced the circuit panels within the lights and got the backup lights to work, but not the turn signal. I have power to the light and my test light shows a rapid on/off current to the wire harness and circuit panel at the turn signal location. Front right signal flashes in double-time mode during this. Have reseated the bulb holder, changed the bulb, checked connection to the bulb holder contact and tried electrical contact gel.

All other lights work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
