Does anyone have an AW71 that is not full of fluid that could check how much space there is between the pan and anything in the interior of the transmission where the drain plug threads in?

If someone could pull a drain plug and stick a pen in the drain until it contacts anything, then measure how much pen they could fit in the hole, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

(On my 1990 240 wagon, I'm preparing to install a txn oil temp SENDER into this plug hole, and I want to make sure there's enough clearance in there for the sender).
