Engine just gave up the ghost! Help! 120-130

just wanted to add the $500 above is an estimate (low) of how much I paid when i delivered a disassembled block they cleaned it, , overbored it and turned ground the crank to undersize for new bearings. also ground my valves and valve seats. I had already purchsed new oversized pistons etc that they needed to size the overbore, once the machining was done i did the assembly at home, popped her back in and away we go.
one final asided, pretty sure a b18 will run (badly) on 2 cyls so your "won't start" needs elaboration.

To everyone else here, I have never blown a cam is it not possible to still have compression on 2 cyls with a half shredded cam?
