Have you repaired one of these Art?

If you mean repaired the ignition switch, the answer is no.

However, I have dissected one in the pick'n'pull, without camera unfortunately. My not-so-trusty recall says they are just pot metal and bakelite. It could be repaired, like most things of this construction, depending on your ability to tightly re-roll the pot metal crimps in the housing.

What I meant by the blindfold is wearing one wouldn't be a hindrance. This is a job for a short 3/16" flat-blade screwdriver and your imagination.
