940 wagon brake light wierdness 900

Could a bad ground at the taillight cluster cause this .... ?

With parking or headlights ON, when I step on the brakes, the right rear tail light goes out, the right rear brakelight does NOT come on, and the dashboard warning light comes on. Left rear lights work as they should.

With parking or headlights OFF, right rear brake light comes on as it should.

Any advice on what ground connections to check?

If not a bad ground, any suggestions?

Much obliged.
