fan belt replacement '89t wagon 700 1989

Can someone please tell me how the a/c compressor can be loosened so I can remove the fan belt in order to replace the belt behind it? All I can see is the 4 bolts holding the a/c compressor to a main frame and the little horizontal bolt that takes up the slack on the a/c compressor.
