240 Classic No charge 200

this is a classic 240 #491 of 1600 built for the 93 model year 261k replaced the voltage regulator with a bosch unit and bench tested it. now I have no dash red warning lights with the key on. replaced the 60amp ign fuseable link because it had a burnt/bad connection on one side of the spade connector.
Everything works ie: lights turn/ horn / wipers / interior lights / stop lights/
etc. except the alternator. the ground on the alternator is good and a test light from the alternator case to B+ lights up. I'm stuck and not in a snow drift this time.
