Nah, not Swedishbricks, that was me. Prototype shipped last night and I should have it in a few days. I'm looking at product in about a month. Just getting started on the top cushion foam now. Yes, there is a guy on Turbobricks who is fishing used foam, apparently nice stuff, from the yards. The problem is that these days, anything from the yards is really getting pretty old and questionable. That's why I finally broke down and started this little project. Just 240s though, and the guy on TB is doing all models. When I have product in hand, I'll buy an ad on the Brickboard to let you all know.
