Need help: checking float level (with pictures) 120-130

I bumped up the timing to 20 deg. and and readjusted the the carbs to idle nicely at 800 RPM in D, not N as I had it set before (so it would actually drop to ~600 in D). Car seems to to "go" from a stop much more willingly, especially when starting from a stop going up a hill. Before it felt very bogged down in those situations, now it seems to get up to 15 MPH considerably quicker and easier.
