What to do with my 740 16v wagon? 700 1990

For the cleanest, fastest and best good karma producing way of dealing with the car - find someone who needs it and is capable of fixing it. Put a reasonable price on it (based on what it will likely need to be drivable) -- no more than $500--and that only if the interior is in real nice shape. At a scrap yard it will bring maybe $200-250 for the weight. You could part it out and maybe get more--I did that with a wrecked while parked '92 940 Turbo--my engine/turbo was good-$300, interior, wheels/tires, and transmission-$150, front struts, rear shocks, radiator, alternator, fuel pump-$75, various other bits brought another 100 or 2. The shell - minus the locking diff guts-brought $75. That all took a month of the car sitting in front of the house while I waited for people to show-or not show up. -- good luck-Dave
