89 240 no start, fuel issues 200

day 1
car started fine after sitting for 3-4 weeks in the cold. turn the engine off after reaching temperature and no start.

day 2
jump the car and it starts up fine, drive around the block a few times and park it. when i was driving it seemed to be fine. try to start again and no start, jump the car and no start. i brought the battery to get checked and the battery is good.

when the engine turns over it wants to start there is good power. i pulled a spark plug after turning the engine over and there was no fuel on the plug.

there is less than an 1/8 of fuel in the tank. i had a problem with another 240 where the intank fuel pump went out and was having similar issues. i really do not want this to be the problem!

what would make it start and drive and then not start up?

where should i start.
