struts done= passenger squeaking rubber sound 200

I got some satisfaction having the struts done. After a dismal but better than my first strut experience I was feeling relieved. Took the car out for a short drive. Right away going down the slope from driveway to street I hear a squeaking rubber wet shoe sound / squeaking dog toy without the sharp defined pitch. Its only on the drivers side.

If I tap the brake while just barely moving I hear it too. Its pretty loud. Did I kill the strut tightening attempting to tighten the top nut with a air wrench? I thought the sway bar linkage was possibly the problem. It was a few threads looser than the passenger side. I evened those out and still its prominent.

Archives are no help. Anyone?

I also learned tonight that you can pop open a battery and crush up half an aspirin to put into each hole. Fill the battery a little more with water and presto its alive.
