LH 3.1 92 245 code 2-3-2 200 1992

From what I have been able to read, code 2-3-2 on the ECU terminal indicates Fuel system compensating for rich or lean air/fuel mixture at idle. The symptoms that led to checking codes was idle surging and stalling after start-up. From what my wife describes as "Bleen" has bad breath at start-up, its running rich.

Checked so far:

1: Propane test for intake gasket leak, negative.
2: FPR pressure test 43 PSI vac hose off and plugged.
3: Checked for cracked intake accordion and other vac lines, negative.

The exhaust has a small crack between the engine and the O2 sensor/CAT, could this be a cause or contributor? The second possible issue is that about a month ago I swapped in a set of used but not flow tested injectors, could one or more have a small / minimal fuel leak? I have not received back the original cleaned and flow tested injectors yet so I can't swap them out yet.

Any advice would be appreciated!
