Pinstripe eraser....any information?

Hello,
The gold pinstripe on my black 240 needs to be
replaced. Has anyone here ever used the 3M pinstripe
eraser wheel that can be used on a drill to remove the
pinstripe? Any luck with it? The videos on youtube.com
make it seem effortless. If anyone wants to sell
me their used one I would be happy to buy it off
of you, I hate to buy a new one and only use it once
and then store it...recycle, recycle, recycle...
