Headlights switched by ignition switch 700

My 89 740 has headlights switched on by the ignition switch so long as the headlight switch is in the ON position.
My 89 740 greenbook schematics show just running lights switched on by the ignition.

Is there a volvo schematic showing the details? Was this a Volvo mod?
