Necropsy photos of 1992 940 head and block 700

Hi All
I recently laid to rest my silver 92 940 w/209,kmiles. I pulled the head as it has never overheated and seemed a good candidate to have valves done and a light resurface and get put on my 94 940 which has a slight exterior head gasket leak. The #1 and #4 cylinder valve stems appear to either have been running quite lean or had some antifreeze intrusion. Does anything in these pix make you think head is no good? Opinions welcome. Block and cylinder pix also..
