oil leak at turbo filter send and return fittings 900 1991

Hello Fellow Bricksters;

I have discovered a small drip of oil leaking from my 91 SE Turbo. Seems to be about .5 a quart per 3,000 miles. I cleaned it all up and can see fresh oil leaking from the where these two seperate Steel lines come out right by the filter. I don't know what these lines do exactly. Maybee help cool turbo? Anyhow can I just tighten them up a bit to stop the leak? There is one main bolt that fits into a female fitting then another behind it kinda like a flange nut.

Thanks Paul
