1992 245 Will Not Start after sitting in Cold. Sputters and tries, but Nothing.

My car has been sitting since last Friday after I drove it on a long trip. This morning I dug it out of a pile of snow and it wouldn't start. The fuel pump ran normally when I turned the key, but the engine only sputtered intermittently. A few times it started for a second or two then back to sputtering.

The tank is low on gas and I thought it might have absorbed water after the long trip. Maybe the fuel lines are frozen? I put some de-icer in it, but if the lines are frozen, I'm not sure if it will get to them.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to get home.
