Do you need to replace fuel injector O rings? 200 1993

Just be careful when you pull the fuel rail and injectors as a whole unit.

Then pull the metal clips from the injectors to the rail, pull the injector from the rail.

I like to crack the old tip just a pinch with needle nose pliers; this prevents damage the spacer you will be re-using. I like to spray the tip of the injector with carb cleaner and then brake clean to make sure they are some what clean.

Make sure you pick out all of the engine crud from the orifices. The crud will make it harder to seat the new seals and provide a poor seal.

I like to use a little grease on the o-rings before inserting the injector either into the fuel rail or the head.
