Bolt size/type - ball joint replacement 200 1992

My lovely wagon has a badly damaged ball joint.

Given that the 4 small bolts that affix the strut anchor (the plate that the ball joint bolts on to) to the strut tube are not to be reused, can someone advise me:

1. What size are these bolts?

2. Do I use high tensile steel bolts or should I use stainless steel ones?
