One vacuum hose that I forget about is the one that runs from the front of the Fuel Pressure regulator to the Intake manifold.

It only gives you problems when it's cold outside? I wonder if you have a vacuum leak at an injector or intake manifold that goes away when it's warmer out OR the engine warms up from driving.
Can you hear and follow the Hissing when it does it?
