Front caliper dust boots cut 200 1992

Doing a brake job on '92 245. While cleaning the removed right front caliper, I noticed both dust boots on one side are cut open.

My plan has been to replace all pads, front and rear and replace discs front and rear, bleed fluid and flush. Got by on a recent safety inspection with the inspectors comment that the brakes are borderline. That prompted me to get this job done, soon. This car has 168kmiles and I bought it in September 2008. Since I have no car history and did some spot check rotor/pad inspection and measuring myself, I decided to plan a thorough job. I have noticed no leaks, rear or front. On right front pads, one pad is worn much thinner than its mate. I didn't observe this on rear brakes, and haven't gotten to left front.

I'm convinced that right front caliper pistons on one side are sticking. I suspect that water may be in brake lines.

So, knowing that one front caliper is not properly functioning, (1) should I replace the pair of front calipers. I'm not excited about a DIY rebuild. (2) Should I order replace front calipers from Tasca? or IPD? I just prefer Volvo OEM and am not setting high performance a priority. (3) Should I look for rebuilt calipers with core returns? Maybe AdvanceAuto or AutoZone? Other sources that might be local? (4) Is there cause for concern about the rear calipers now that I suspect water in the brake fluid?
