B27 in a 140? 140-160

it'd probably be just as easy to go with a small block American V8 as it would be to do such a conversion.

And of available V6s out there, the only redeeming quality with the one you've been offered is the price (assuming it's free)... It's more of a Peugeot engine, and not amongst their best.

There's good reason so many people convert their V6 cars to B2* 4 bangers... is that what your friend is doing?
