Front Fog light installation 200

I own an '88 240DL, and despite headlight upgrades have found the headlights to be less than sufficient during dark night driving. I purchased a pair of "fog lights", or more like off-road halogen lights, to install in addition to my headlights. I have all the necessary wiring and hardware, but am not sure where exactly to mount them.

Has anyone else done this to their 240? There are no factory cut outs for additional lighting, and am curious if anyone has found a nice place to put them.
