Sway bar end link component dimensions/part numbers 120-130

I've procured a used IPD front sway bar. It has no end link pieces.
I know the bolt is 3/8 x 9.5" (IPD generously provided me with that information)

Can one of us that has one of these installed give me the dimensions, of the other parts needed listed below (both sides?

Can someone measure and tell me the length of the spacer tube?

Is there part number/manufacturer for the bushings?

urethane bushings (8)
flanges (8)
spacer tubes (2)
3/8" x 9.5" bolts and lock nuts (2)

I'm trying to source these from various 'speed shops' locally rather than going to the 'source' and have to wait + pay shipping.
