Temp switch 120-130

The problem with the thermostat with the upper radiator hose is the looks. You can see something sticking into the hose. I have a b20 f with some kind of wierd sensor attached to the top right part of the head where I can tap into to add a electric thermostat. I just need the part number for a 185 degree one. I've looked and looked and no luck.
