Smog-Test Fail: holes in exhaust pipe preventing adequate airflow 700 1991

There are ALOT of these cars in the PYP yards. They are all lifted up off the ground and relatively easy to get under. Exhaust systems here in SoCal cars are usually relatively rust free and easy to remove. It's not that big a job. If it's not that bad a good muffler shop can cut out the bad section and replace it.
