Newer Style EGR Valve in 1992 car 700 1992

Hello All, I just got a new EGR valve from VOlvo for my car since the old one is toast (1992 740 turbo). The newer valve has an extra port for a temperature sensor. This is a problem since the temperature sensor in my car is on the tube going from the intake manifold. Does anyone know what size plug this takes, the volvo part number for a correct plug, or know of any other work arounds? If push comes to shove I can go to a local junkyard that has a 1993 turbo car that probably has the correct inlet tube but I do not feel like doing this job twice to get down there. I suppose that I can also snag an extra temp sensor off of the 1993 car and use that as a plug or as a sensor... which sensor location works better anyways?

For reference the original valve part number is 3501693 and the new valve is 6842725.

Thanks,

Mike
