HELP!!!!! turbo/trans problems?? only transportation, and limited funds.. 700 1991

Lots of problems.. little space.. 1)Started losing speed going up inclines, but would shift into OD without noticable speed pickup, just higher rpms. Noticed some oil in hoses from turbo, not a lot, but some. Then today.. 2) Changed oil, tie-rod ends, and front brakes. Upon driving, noticed markedly worse transmission shifting. Then noticed blowing blue smoke. smoke eventually cleared up, but upon stopping (to check lug nuts), noticed massive amount of blown oil on left side of engine coming from hole in hose between intake and grille area. apparently large amount of oil was pushed from SOMEWHERE, to that side of the engine and then blown out of the hole.. (after burning some of it). Oil level, AFTER DRAINING and placing 5 quarts in, was WAY high (3inches) above crosshatch area. Drained a LOT, and still shows high!!! When started up, runs good, no knocking.. but now rpms will increase while I get NO forward speed.. this just started. I was rpm-ing at 3000, but could only manage about 25 MPH on flat road, with very gradual increase. Limped home.. no more smoking or leaking oil seen, high oil still for some reason. But is turbo harmed? Is it transmission? Flywheel? HELP!!! I am not an experienced mechanic.. and I have been unemployed for a year.. no funds for anything major... a couple hundred.. any helpful advice? Thanks
